How do I get my free processing for the link I used to sign up?

I signed up for square using a link that I was sent that said, "I love using square to run my business! Process $1,000 without fees when you activate with my invite link:" and then gave the link that I used to sign up. Under the free processing section of my account it shows that I have no free balance and says I need to invite friends to get free processing. How do I get the free $1000 without fees for signing up under the link that I was sent?

I have this same question. I also have fees but signed up through a link offering me $1,000 processing with no fees. Please help!

I suggest you contact Square directly. Something might have gotten messed up when you were signing up. The credit should appear on your account automatically. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact
