How do I get a new Square Reader and how do I connect it to a new phone?

I am so frustrated! There's no one to talk to! I have a new phone and have to find a way to get my Square to work with it. Also, I understand there are new Square readers. I need to know how to get one. Can someone please help me. Thanks.
