How do I get Online Orders to sync with Orders on Square Register?

My Online Orders aren't syncing to my Square Register "Orders". Any tips or tricks? We have downloaded and updated the app. This makes it hard for my employees to fulfill orders. We have to go to transactions to see the order and fulfill it that way but we can't notify the customer from the IPAD by pressing "SHIP" from the Ipad.

You will only see Pick up orders under "orders" on the app.  Any order that needs to be shipped  you will receive an email on and can complete in the dashboard.
