How do I fix an E gift card purchase that didn’t apply a promo?

A customer purchased 2E gift cards using a promo for 50% off and they said it only applied to one of the gift card. How do I fix it so that both gift cards have the same value?

Was it a promo code they did not use or did you have an across the board discount?

 

Either way, you can go into your dashboard and go to Sales and then Transactions and track down the purchase. This way you can see whether or not the discount was applied. From there, if there was an error, you can do a partial refund to refund back however much you want, and the total value will stay on the card.
