How do I enter a specific quantity of an item in my online store?

Hello, I hope I can get some help, I've explored through the forum and just can't find answers. I am sooooo confused!

I have been a Square merchant for many years for my floral business and have zero issues. I have another business though, a hand-made, one of a kind jewelry business. I signed up for the online store through the jewelry business instead of using my floral business so that I'd have a separation between the two. Different email addresses.

I was excited to finish listing my items and published them and was shocked to see that people can order multiples of each. Nooooooo!!!! I only have one of each! I can't find any option that allows me to list the quantity available. I just can't seem to find a way to do this, I did all of it from a laptop. Does anybody know where I can change the quantities available?

Hi there Linda,

It appears you may not have stock counts set up meaning people can order as many as they like of everything and anything, if you set the stock counts to all products as 1 this will limit the buyer to one, this will also mean once one has been bought it will appear as out of stock to anyone else attempting to purchase it.
