How do I enable manual card entry on iphone? I have read all the threads and re-installed app.

Manual CC entry is under "Disabled payment types" and I can't enable it. I have read thru the community thread on this but still no luck. It mentions "arrange them in the order you'd like" but nothing will highlight or move or change or drag. I have re-installed the app. (iphone12)

Thank you for your response. Again I have no TOGGLE to change the Manual Credit Card Entry. It will not respond. Will not "arrange."
