How do I edit (delete) “other” section in older customer profiles?

Can’t edit the “other” section on older customer profiles. Newer profiles have done away with this section, but there no longer seems to be an option to edit older profiles with this section??

I want to make sure I am on the same page with you. Could you send over a screenshot of the other section you're referring to?
