How do I delete the amount of charge if I made a mistake initially?

I cannot seem to figure out how to delete a charge amount I initially put in if I made a mistake…

You can refund the whole amount or refund the amount you overcharged.  You cannot add to a charge to fix it and make it a larger amount nor delete a transaction
