I have a customer with an incorrect email. And that person with the email sent a negative review. How do I delete that email from my client. Because my client LOVED her service.
Oh no! Sorry to hear about the negative review you received. Rest assured, Square feedback is not public-facing like a Google or Amazon review and is only visible to Square merchants for their own use.
Sounds like the email needs to be unlinked from her payment method which she can do by looking up the receipt at squareup.com/receipts. She'll just need to plug in a few payment details to generate the public receipt and click Not Your Receipt? at the bottom.
