How do I create a report of the total appointments booked for the year?

Hi there, @c45ent! Thanks for reaching out here. Welcome from all of us here at the Seller Community 😎

While there have been a few threads of Sellers asking for a more formal reports view of Appointments booked, the best way to currently view a full history of your Appointments scheduled would be to access the Appointments History Overview from your Online Dashboard. This will give you an listed view all of Appointments booked through your business, and can be easily downloaded into a CSV or Excel file from the upper right-hand corner of the report.

Hey @xojo I see this is your first post, welcome to The Seller Community! This is a great inquiry, but Square does not currently have a reporting feature like this. I would certainly submit a request to our Ideate Board. When you submit please provide as much detail on your business need for this. its a bummer square has not developed this yet as I have seen others request this feature for years now. I won't spend my time on asubmitting a request for this simple feature but it does make me want to research other booking software /:
