I just signed up for a square account. During the set-up process, the extension on my account URL was populated arbitrarily and I'm not satisfied with the result. I tried to change it, but was not allowed to do so. Visiting my Dashboard later, I was unable to make any changes to my site, including in "Account Settings." Are there basic solutions to these issues, or am I stuck with what square decides should be my settings? Thanks for your time.

Are you referring to the Square Online Store URL? If so, you should be able to change the extension on your URL from your Online Store tab > select location > Settings > Store URL. Does that help get you where you need to be? If not, please let me know if you encounter any error message or where things get stuck.

Thanks for your quick response. I do appreciate your attempt to assist. Unfortunately, though, when I choose the "Online Store" tab, I'm just sent to a blank page and I have no options to "select location." Perhaps it's an issue with the type of e-commerce solution I chose (WOO Commerce); however, I prefer to try the most basic, free option first, and if Square makes it difficult to use, then I'm apt to just move on to another POS system, like PayPal Here. I'm a very small business with no retail location, so I don't need much - just ease of use and convenience! Thanks again. -JHD
