I know how to cancel reminders for a specific invoice, but how do I cancel the invoice reminder feature for all future invoices? I don't won't to use this feature except in rare circumstances, and I don't want to have to have an extra step every time I create a new invoice. Thank you!

Welcome to the Community!
Check out your Settings under Invoices to change the reminders for all of your future invoices you create.
Go to Dashboard > Invoices > Settings > Basic Settings.
Uncheck the box for reminders and Save.
