How do I reverse a refund that was given by mistake to the wrong customer?

At the moment, we have no option or feature built in that can cancel a refund through. We recommend reaching out to our Customer Success Team in order to discuss your options.
Feel free to reach them via email here, or by giving them a call at 1 (855) 700-6000 (Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm PST) - but you'll also need your customer code. The steps to look up your code are in these steps.

I moved your post to an existing thread in the Community where another seller had the same question.
As @Alex_ mentioned- there isn't a way to reverse or cancel a refund.
There's information above on how to contact our direct CS team in the future if you accidentally give a refund because sometimes if you call right after it's done we MIGHT be able to cancel it. But we couldn't guarantee it.
