How do I apply egift cards to an appointment, purchased as a gift by a friend for a friend?

Hello! A friend of mine purchased an egift card for another friend of mine, but I am having trouble applying it to their appointment.

Hi @Juliita459 You should be able to use the gift card at checkout, but I do not believe they can be used to book a site. Can you confirm how you are trying to apply the gift card?
