I've created new items from my register (phone), within categories that are all eligible for loyalty points and redemption. However, it didn't allow me to apply a loyalty free drink.
When I tried again with the same customer, it had generated 2 COUPONS "Awarded September 2019" #918653 and #074896. I tried applying those just in case, and it still did not apply the loyalty (or any) discount to the eligible drink.
When selecting the (!) by Discount on the ticket, it said I needed to select an eligible item for the discount. I had. I checked.
Help?
