HI,

Flat Rate shipping is just that, a Flat Rate.  It does not change

By weight, you need to include weight for every item in your store.  It is by Weight so it would be variable by the total weight of the products.  It changes.

Flat Rate is one shipping - does not change

By Weight is one shipping - changes

Is there any way to charge for shipping without upgrading?   We don;t do that much online business but would like to charge for shipping when we do.
