I signed up for the Square for my church. I did not see a place to enter the EIN # for our church. I noticed on the receipt that taxes were added. How do I go back to enter the EIN #? Also, the only receipt we want to provide is an email or text. Can we make this work?
You will want to add the Tax information on the Square Dashboard.
Just login at Squareup.com > Account and Settings > Business Information > Tax Forms
This will allow you to update the Tax ID for the Church.
Email or Text receipts are automatic, if you have a printer hooked up, just turn it off so there is no printed receipt being offered.
