How do I add a ticket to an invoice

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to send an existing ticket as an invoice.

👋Hey @OTS, welcome to the seller community!

 

If you have an open ticket in Point of Sale, you can request an invoice by doing the following:

  1. Open Point of Sale and go to Checkout
  2. From there, tap Tickets
  3. Select appropriate ticket
  4. Tap Charge, then select Invoice (towards the bottom of the payment option screen)
  5. Enter appropriate invoice details and select Send.
