How do I add a custom field or a note to an item? I want a place to add info that will not go on a customer's receipt, either paper or electronic.
Any notes added during a sale will post to the receipt. You can add a note the the customer data itself by editing it during or after the sale. You can also add custom fields to the customer information.
I will be selling devices and I need to capture the serial number as well as the purchasers information such as first and last name as well as email address etc. Is this possible?
