How do I add a Job Title?

Trying to make 3 different Job Titles...

1. Bartender

2. Barback

3. Banquet Server

In the Teams section when you click on a staff member you can edit their "Job" title. I have been unable to find out a way to edit this list. If you find out where to edit the list, please let us know.
