How do I access a signed copy of a receipt?

We have a customer disputing a gratuity on a tab and I need a signed copy of the receipt. I can access the receipt itself on our dashboard but don't see how to get one with his signature.

click on a transaction and it will open an overlay window on right. Then click on the receipt hyperlink number in lower left corner of the new window. And if they signed it you should see it in this page.
