Thanks, but I am using quickbooks desktop and not the online version.  Unfortunately your info was for the online version......Any other suggestions?

I had an old version of QuickBooks desktop and when opening the item list there is an option in the upper left to download the inventory to excel. I had to move columns around to match the upload file for square and had to rename the first column because it listed items with their QuickBooks category. I hope this helps.
