I cannot seem to get a more detailed receipt for my clients. We have them enter their Customer # and Invoice #, but I cannot find it on any report.

If you have the customer name, you can look it up on the Customers section of the web dashboard or in the Point of Sale.
Once you have the customer, you can look at all their transactions by scrolling to the Activity section of the customer page. Clicking on a transaction will then open up a screen with all the information for that sale.
If you have the Invoice number, you can look that number up on the Invoices section of the web dashboard or Point of Sale, and you can then click/tap through to get to the customer information and more.
Otherwise, you can search with the last four digits of the card the customer used. Do this on the Transactions section of the web dashboard.
