How can i rerun a payment that was run offline and did not go through

My client left. I ran a payment offline. It did not go through. I am at wifi now, how can I re run this payment now.

Hi @Lefty

 

To rerun the payment, you would need the customer's information. I am so sorry, but this is one of the risks of using Offline Mode. You won't know the payments have failed until the device is reconnected to the internet.
