I would like to get feedback from a client who has already paid but has not left a review using square? Please advise.
As long as you have feedback enabled on your dashboard, your client will automatically get the option to leave feedback on all digital receipts. It shows at the top of their receipt as a “How’d we do?” And a smiley or frowney face. There’s not much more you can do from your side.
However, please note that the web dashboard feedback page by default only shows feedback where your clients left a comment. Click the button labeled “comments only” on your web dashboard and choose “all comments” instead. You’ll be amazed at how many more feedback entries you have—at least I was! 🙂
