My customer code is not working when I call into customer support, it keeps telling me our account is inactive but we currently use both accounts, can someone please help me with this?
Hello @SusanCanafaxFNP, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having with this. Have you tried getting your customer code using the steps in Customer Code & Phone Number - Where is it?
Also is there a chance you're using a customer code from an older account? One that you might have deactivated in the past?
It is for an older account, I have tried to go through our active accounts but the customer code is the same as our deactivated account, so i have not been able to get anywhere with it
