Our loyalty program's reward is defined as follows:
Reward type: Discount a Category
Discount: 100%
When a loyalty enrollee redeems a reward, the system removes the item they are getting for free from the ticket. In turn, we have to retype and reprint the ticket so that our staff can know to make the item for the customer.
How can we keep the free item on the ticket so that we don't need to manually retype and reprint it?

I ran this by one of our Loyalty experts and they confirmed that you should still be seeing the original item on the ticket (after it's been redeemed.) They wanted to double check and see if you're referring to the items not showing up on the kitchen tickets?
