The title of this thread has been edited from the original: customer directory?
I just hit "customers" for the first time and, lo and behold, I discovered a list of all my customers! Now, how can I use ths? I realize that I can contact them through Square but I can't email them as I don't have their complete addresses. I am an artist and would like to send out an email blast once or twice a year with attachments showing my new work, but I don't see any way to do this through Square. Am I missing something?
👏 Hello @4g! As you've discovered Customer Directory is a list of all of your customers and their sales activity at your business.
To send an email blast to these customers head to the Marketing section of your online Dashboard. From there, click Create Campaign and you can choose the type of email campaign to send (newsletter, quick update), design your campaign, and select which customers to send the message to!

Keep in mind this is a paid feature: you can pay per email sent, which costs $0.10 per email. Or you can subscribe for $15 per month.
