Unfortunately Square doesn't support splitting deposits between multiple accounts or banks. You could use Instant Deposit where you link a card to a secondary account, but since Instant Deposit deposits all funds in the deposit -- you can't designate a deposit amount-- you'll have to be pretty quick on the draw to keep funds flowing the way you want to.
