How can I get a customer to list guest names for an event?

We are selling tickets to an event with 4 ticketing options:

1. Individual

2. Couple

3. Resevered table of 8

4.Sponsor table of 8

How do I give the purchasing guest the option to list the guests for options 3&4?

Are you set up with Online Store? If so, I would suggest adding a note to the ticket item description that your customer can add additional details to the note field at checkout.
