How can I get a card reader?

I have requested a card reader numerous times and I get no responce.

You can order it by clicking "Order a Reader" at the bottom of the left admin sidebar when logged into your Square account in your browser. Alternatively, you can order it from your Android or iPhone/iPad by going to either "Help" or "Help/Support" in the flyout left sidebar (location depends upon the device you're using; dig around a bit and you'll find it).

If you're in a bind and need a reader right away, I recommend picking one up from a local retailer! Use our retail locater to find a store near you! 😃
