I have one employee who works at our salon. We all receive notification of Appointments being book under our names, she recently forgot her password she created a new email but square does not allow me to change her email. It shows a gray box w lines.

Your employee should be able to straighten this one out on her end! Since she forgot the password to her Square login, she'll start by requesting a password reset with the email address that is currently on file. Once she resets her password, she will be able to log into the Dashboard, and can change the email address associated with her login here.
