How can I ask for my client's address when they are booking an appointment online?

Currently clients can only book time and date. We need them to add address when booking. How do you get the system to have input form for address?

It sounds like you're using Square Appointments, and this is possible with Square Appointments!
Head to your Dashboard > Appointments > Settings > Calendar & Booking

Within the Appointment Preferences section, make sure you have selected either the At the customer's location or At both my business and the customer's location option:
