How can I add check as payment method on my invoice when they are emailed.

There isn't a way to show check as an option of payment on an invoice, however you can mark the invoice as paid with a check.

Our suggestion would be to include a note on the invoice suggesting that if they'd like to pay by check, to contact you directly.
