I read on Square’s website that I need to call (855) 700-6000. I was transferred 4 times and was on hold for 58 minutes and then disconnected. No one knew ANYTHING about why FSA cards were not working. Politely I said if they go on Square’s website that sometimes FSA cards are rejected because maybe when I signed up I chose an incorrect business category and need to confirm my category says “medical provider.” Why do Square employees have no clue what I am talking about??? I am so annoyed that I am thinking about researching other merchant account places.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
@AKSMFT is this with one specific person's fsa card or has it happened multiple times?
