How can I Enter an authorization code from Amex to complete my transaction?

I have an authorization code from Amex but I do not see anywhere to put it in to complete my transaction.

You'll have to explain more.  there is nothing you have to do separately from running a card in Square to get an authorization code to complete a transaction.
