So I had to switch my bank account. And it's giving me a date 6 days out. Is that accurate? And if so does that mean I won't see any of my money from sales until then? Because I closed my old bank account out and so I'm just wondering where my money will go until it's "verified"? TIA!!
When did you initiate the switch? IF it is including weekend, that could be the reason for the estimate of 6 days
It can take up to four business days to verify your bank account (excluding weekends and holidays). You can check the status of the verification in your Square Dashboard.
Go to the Account & Settings section and click Bank Account. You'll also receive an email from Square when your account is verified.
If you have automatic transfers turned on in your account, I would disable them for now until the new account gets verified so that the money will stay in Square Account Balance for the time being.
