Hours are not showing up on Square Payroll

I have an employee who has a time sheet and hours logged.  When I run payroll no hours are showing up.  Checked my timesheets and he has approximately 19 hours logged.  Can't get it to pull the hours worked into payroll 😞  

Any help would be appreciated.  Need to run payroll today.
