I’m Frances Caile. I started Access Stress Support to provide coaching, counselling and practical support that I found hard to locate after my total physical and mental breakdown from workplace bullying. Already having a four-year psychology degree, I completed a Master of Social Work and use therapies most relevant to work related trauma and post-retirement depression and anxiety.
I was a conscientious, self-empowered and high performing worker when bullying and burnout broke me. I thought I’d never be the same or return to work. Now I do freelance writing, public speaking and advocacy to raise the profile and understanding around this issue.
Along the way, I also developed an interest in healthy aging pre and post retirement. Made sense I learn about that for myself, too. So, Access Stress Support if you are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression after retirement, too.
On a personal level, my happy space is hugging my chocolate lab and cat named Tig on the couch, watching the sun set over surf and forest listening. I have raised two adult sons that I love dearly. I struggle with my addiction to café cakes and eat way too much chocolate.
