Help - An Issue with Transfers After the Invoice Was Paid

Hi! I had a customer pay her invoice about an hour ago, it’s not showing up in my Square balance. It was for a larger amount, I don’t know if that is the problem. If someone could please help me, I would really appreciate it.

HI @TayRich 

Was his the first time you had a large amount processed via Square?  Depending on the amount, I wouldn't be surprised if you would need to call in to customer support to verify information if it were a large amount.  Could seem like unusual activity.
