Hello all, quick question. I make Waist Beads and many of my items are one of a kind. I have a lot of "Out of stock" items listed on my website. Is it a good idea to keep these "out of stock" items listed on my website or should I remove them? I wanted to keep them to show my previous work but I also don't want it to appear as unprofessional appearance wise either.
Hi @Waist_Beads
I'm not sure if you have a Gallery or a "check out our work" page. But if it were me, I would remove those out of stock listings, but place the images in a gallery so potential customers could still see work that you've done, and potentially ask/reference that photo for a future sale.

Awesome idea!! Thank you so much, I will definitely do this.
You are very welcome, glad to help!
Hi,
I make one-of-a-kind jewelry and would like to use this same "Gallery" approach. What's the best way to do that on Square? Create a category that is "Gallery of Previous Work" without prices? Or is there another feature or approach I should think about using?
Hello there @JKO,
This is a great question! I hate to do this but check out this reply from GOLDNEYE, he goes over how he has set up the gallery for this business. I hope this helps, if not please let me know! Just checked out your website https://www.jewelrybyjko.com/s/shop, I love what you have so far. Your jewelry is super cute and unique, I love that!
Thank you, @MayaP! I’m looking for the response from Goldneye—can you point me to it?
