Having problems connecting the reader to the square stand

Is there a tech support? I have a square stand for my iPad and the chip reader with dock. Where does it plug into? There are no ports on the stand. The dock plugs into power source. I'm at a loss. I paid all this money for a paper weight. Can anyone help. Thanks in advance.

Hi there!

You can plug the dock with your Square Contactless and Chip Card Reader into the USB Hub of your Square Stand. 

The USB Hub should have three USB ports that you can use. 

Also, you're able to connect the reader via Bluetooth.
