Having customers agree to policy before checkout

Hello,

I run a subscription based produce delivery from our store and was wondering if there is a way to show customers our member agreement and have them agree to it before checkout? It could also be a questionnaire before checkout asking if they viewed and agreed to contract?

Not doable at the moment but you're def not the first Seller asking for a feature like this. In the meantime, perhaps Contracts with Invoices might work. Merged you to a thread so you can check out the best answer up top.
