I was trying to communicate with phone representative "Bereus" this morning but he was not able to answer my question. When I politely asked for a supervisor to help find the answer I needed, he said he was going to terminate the call and hung up on me. This is not right.
Soooo I called back and the call ended without anyone answering...same guy perhaps?
Anyone else experience this??
Update: I did finally get through to a customer rep (Jile) and he was AWESOME!
