Need to connect square to a new iPhone. How?
I have been on hold 30 minutes, some one picks up and says it will be another few minutes.
I would like to use square, however struggling with getting help ~ now I've been hung up on. I received the wrong square for my plug in. Can't use until I had right equipment....your loosing money!
Is this what I should expect in the future for service? I would really appreciate some help from a real person so that it could be explained to me.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience with getting a hold of phone support. This is not the normal experience when our sellers reach out to us.

Thanks for reaching out! I was fortunate to reach Matthew at customer service...he's outstanding!
We will talk again today. The individual I had the first call really shouldn't be in customer service, in my opinion.
Hopefully, will be all signed up for Square today and know how it works.
