We decided to change who we partner with for delivery and removed door dash as an option. When I selected Uber/Postmates a note appeared telling me to update the delivery settings. I did, and hit save. Then I got an error saying
So, I went into all alcohol items and removed them from local delivery and tried again. Got the same message. I looked through every alcohol item in our menu multiple times to make sure I didn't miss something.
Then, when I tried to switch delivery to Uber once again I realized that this box was checked
"I plan to deliver alcohol and accept the DoorDash alcohol delivery terms of service"
When I clicked on just Uber/Postmates though, this box disappeared so i didn't see it after I got the "alcohol delivery is not supported by Uber" message.
Just a user experience that caused me a lot of stress and frustration that seemed unnecessary.
