Gift card for a storefront that closed. What do I do?

I purchased a gift card for a storefront but it closed before It could be used. What do I do? Can I get a refund for this if the store owner no longer uses Square?

Hello @Concernedcitizn, that's a great question. 

In this scenario you would have to reach out to the business owner and request a refund. It's up to them to honor the gift card value or not.
