Gift Cards - Do I get charged when they purchase the gift card AND when they use the gift card?

I would like to confirm whether or not I get charged when a gift card is purchased AND when the gift card is used on my services. Does SquareUp charge me twice?

You are only charged to load the gift card if they use a credit card if they use cash or a check it costs nothing to load the card.  when using a gift card there is no transaction fee on the payment from a gift card.  So only charged once if a credit card is used to load it.
