We've been having a problem as well. It's been a couple of months. Ever since we got the replacement contactless reader it seems. Tried updating the App, Gift Cards activated for a day, but the problem came back again.
@DianeT Your reader shouldn't have any effect your gift cards in any way but I'd love to help get your gift cards working again! Are you running into any specific error messages?
Agreed! This is such a waste of time and resources! Notification keeps saying "bank card has not been activated" after I have been thru all steps. On a side note can't believe they don't automatically come with envelopes. No we have to reorder envelopes and wait to begin selling.
