General questions about employees, multiple devices and multiple locations

I just started adding Mobile Staff employees to my square account. The first one has been activated but he says he can't see any of the items I have listed for my company. What are we doing wrong? It's like it isn't really linked to my account.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with getting this set up—if they're still encountering this issue, can you ask them to sign out, double check that they've created the account from your invitation email, then sign in again? It sounds like they may have created an account previously. For more details, have a look here: Accept Payments As Mobile Staff.
